Who am I?

The Pause Button of Life... The present is so easily taken for granted and life moves so fast. Photos are a way to press pause, and also a way to look back and see our history. I wish to bring joy to families by capturing the essence of your moments together. I love finding the beauty inside the mess. You want to look at your photos and think, “This is us.”

I’m talking to the woman standing in her kitchen after everyone has finally gone to bed, looking around at the life she's exhausted from maintaining—and realizing, for a second, “I really, really love this.”

My name is Deniece Rudd. I am a wife of 21 years and a mommy of four. I get an emotional high from photographing families, couples, and babies. People are beautiful, messy, and lovely, and I adore providing evidence that this version of your family existed.
